Chummys Bakery makes some seriously tasty brownies, and their customer service is top-notch. I ordered a dozen assorted brownies to lift my family's spirits during the dreary January days. They absolutely loved them; my daughter even exclaimed, 'blumming gorgeous!' The delivery was right on schedule, with a time slot provided for convenience, and a reliable courier ensured the box arrived in perfect condition. Chummys really put their heart into wrapping those brownies - they made for the perfect gift.

I got this as a present, and I foolishly used my home address for delivery. I reached out to Chummy’s, and they were incredibly helpful, getting back to me right away and fixing it up. The Bronuts showed up pretty quickly and were a huge success! No doubt I’ll be buying again!

This is my second year getting these brownies for my daughter. They come nicely packaged and are super tasty!

UPDATE - I got a call from a guy named Luke who was super condescending, asking me to change my review. He was grilling me about the porch, which I know is open access. Totally shocked and I've told him not to reach out again.

The ordering process went smoothly. I had them set to arrive on Monday, but they showed up two days early when no one was around, so they’re probably gonna be snatched up by the foxes since they were left on the porch. I shot an email to the bakery (quick response, which is nice!) and they mentioned it’s in the fine print that the delivery service doesn’t really follow delivery requests. Unfortunately, most folks don’t have the time to be on their phones contacting delivery companies for the bakery to fix the delivery date. Customer service also mentioned that the brownies are supposed to stay fresh for two weeks, which makes me wonder just how 'fresh' these treats really are??

In short, I’ve paid for something I’ll never get to evaluate. Customer service didn’t offer to send a replacement. So, I’m stuck giving just one star because I’ve essentially paid for nothing.

I got these as a holiday present for my son, and he absolutely adores them! He claims they’re the best brownies he’s ever had. There was a bit of a hold-up in getting them, but it was totally worth it!

I got a pre-Christmas present for my two sisters-in-law, and they both mentioned how much they liked the brownies. The local delivery service was top-notch too, keeping me updated on when to expect it and who the driver was.

I got a box of brownies to send over to my buddy for his 65th birthday. He mentioned they were super delicious, and he really liked them. His Mum also took one home and enjoyed it too!

I really hoped to enjoy these treats, bought them for my son's 13th birthday since he loves brownies. Unfortunately, they turned out quite hard; I suspect they were overcooked. Given what I spent, I was pretty let down.

I'm really let down. I pre-ordered some brownies for delivery on December 22nd as a Christmas present. The night before, I received an email saying they had been sent out, but then on the 22nd, I got another email saying they were delayed 'due to an unexpected issue.' No info on what that issue was. They finally showed up on December 29th. No explanation or apologies from Chummys. Maybe it was DPD's fault, but you ought to be keeping an eye on things and making sure your customers are satisfied. I won't be ordering again.

This is one of the simplest websites to navigate, super quick too! I’ve never splurged on myself, but I’ve heard great things from folks I’ve shopped for.
